The following table helps to understand where our coffee buying practices come from. We want to be open and transparent about our buying-to-sales funnel. However, the prices paid do not fully tell the story of how much a producer would be paid for their coffee. We hope to be at a point that we can help shed the light on ALL of the overhead involved in coffee.

Families depend on the buying and selling of coffee. The price we pay for green coffee helps to not only support the producer, but also the importer, logistics, freight, docks, customs, etc., etc., etc.

We feel every partnership we have developed over the years is a relationship. In the table, the "Relationship Coffee" section is for those coffees we pay directly to the producer. However, keep in mind, that they are then responsible for handling all of the logistics fees and needs.

We have a goal to provide you with as much information about the supply chain as is made available to us.

FAIR is a big, giant word. Everyone along the supply chain deserves to be treated with love, dignity, and respect!

When is coffee not just coffee? When the cup you buy helps to support millions! Everyone is drinking coffee. We want those coffee drinkers to be drinking a better cup of coffee.

The valuable dollars you spend on coffee matter to the world. The better the cup quality, the better the coffee supply chain is supported. The better the supply chain is supported, the better the cup of coffee. This is a legacy I do not know if we will achieve in our generation, but if it takes 7 generations, it is worth it.

The UC Davis Coffee Center is proud to announce a recent $50,000 gift from Bridge Coffee Company to support the center’s education and research in coffee science. The UC Davis Coffee Center aims to do for coffee what UC Davis has done for beer and wine as the first multidisciplinary university research center focused on coffee science.

“We are incredibly grateful to Bridge Coffee Company for its investment in the Coffee Center,” said Coffee Center director Bill Ristenpart. “We look forward to using this generous gift to help inform and train the next generation of coffee producers.”

As roasters, we feel that we are the bridge between the wonderful coffee producers that spend all year cultivating their wonderful crop to the consumer who enjoys their delicious cup. Our goal is to connect the producers and farmers who spend months at harvest to grow an amazing crop to those that love a truly remarkable cup of coffee.

None of our coffee is flavored. It is all 100% arabica coffee. On the product pages you will see tasting notes that describe the unique, natural characters of these exceptionally fine coffees.

All coffee is roasted to order and date stamped. We offer free local delivery to your home or office in the Marysville/Yuba City area!

My name is Timothy Styczynski, I am a father of two fantastic children, husband, very involved in the church, worked in emergency services for almost 30 years, flight paramedic, and hopefully, all-around nice guy.
